
Returns & Refunds Policy
I strive for you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you are not I will do my very best to make it right. Simply get in touch via the Lets Chat Button or drop me an email or a message on Facebook and I will do my best to help you out.

You have the right to return your item within 14 days after the day you received the item, however this does not apply to Personalised items or items containing ashes/hair etc or items customised for you.

It is vitally important when you place your order that you check that all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as I use this for item personalisation.

If you notice an error after you have placed an order then I request you let me now ASAP via the Lets Chat Button, Email picklescreations20@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger. and providing the item has not already been made I can make the required alterations.

If you wish to return your item then please get in touch and return it with the enclosed returns label and in it's original packaging still intact and I will issue a full refund (Not including initial postage charge). This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of mine or the item has not been cared for in your possession. If the item is faulty/Damaged I will issue a full refund including initial Postage charge or send a new undamaged item at no cost to you.

Please note that all items are your responsibility until it reaches me and cannot be held responsible for your returns getting lost or damaged in the post.
